NOAH New Bern Older Adult Housing is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Bern, NC
Great Opportunity for meaningful work! A maintenance role for a small apartment community. NOAH residents enjoy small town charm in a safe, friendly community. As an affordable housing community, NOAH is designed for the needs of adults, age 62 and better, in a supportive environment.
This position performs a wide range of tasks including completing maintenance work orders, cleaning, vacant unit preparation, painting and light yard maintenance.
Minimal Experience: Cleaning and general light maintenance duties required. General maintenance experience is a plus. Need the ability to use hand tools, small power tools, painting and floor care equipment with reasonable and acceptable skills.
Other Qualifications: Some general experience in HVAC, electrical or plumbing work strongly preferred. Must pass drug and background screening.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
